The AI that already knows your business.
Globus reads your Drive and inbox into one living memory — and a fleet of agents drafts the work around it. Sales triage, CRM audits, content, outreach drafts. Everything lands as a draft for you to approve.

These are Globussoft's own products, not customer logos. We build Globus on our own desks first, and this is the only wordmark wall on this site — we will not show you someone else's logo we have not earned.
Connect once. It learns. Then it does the work.
Most assistants start from zero every conversation. Globus keeps a memory of your actual business and acts on it — while you stay the one who approves.
01 — ingest
It knows your world
Your Drive files and mail threads are read into one searchable, per-member memory. Every query filters on the email in your signed session cookie, so the memory is private to you by construction.
02 — act
It does the work
Ask it in chat, or fire an agent from the dashboard. Sales briefs, CRM audits, blog QA, video scripts, inbox triage — grounded on the files and threads it just read.
03 — approve
You stay in control
Nothing reaches a customer on its own. Agents observe, score and draft into a review queue; a human sends. The assistant sends only a draft you approved in the conversation.
Plugs into what you already use.
Two lists, kept honest and kept apart: what an employee can connect on this corporate portal today, and what exists only in the individual product. We would rather you learn that here than after a contract.
Text formats only. Images, video, audio and archives are skipped, and there is no OCR — a scanned PDF reads as empty.
The default ingest window is the last 90 days, with spam and trash excluded. Live search reaches the rest.
Folded into every chat turn as a live overlay, not only into the periodic summary.
Real and searchable in the individual product. There is no Telegram tile on the corporate portal today.
Captured by a Chrome extension while WhatsApp Web is open, so it records only while that tab is running. Not wired on the corporate portal.
Ingest only, and only group chats. There is no Teams search tool yet, so the assistant cannot answer from it — the data is collected and counted, not read.
An assistant that remembers — and a fleet that drafts.
The vault
Everything you connect becomes a private, searchable store of your own files and threads. Ask a question and Globus answers from your own documents — and it can name the file it read, because the search hands it the filename.
Retrieval is deliberately literal: filename matching and a substring scan over your 500 newest extracted files. No embeddings, no vector search — so a synonym can miss, and an older file can sit outside that scan. We would rather say that than call it semantic.
Sixteen agents, each owning one job
Sales desk, infrastructure watch, ad-spend watch, content pipeline, CRM audit, blog editorial QA, video scripts. An employee fires one from the dashboard — not by asking the assistant — and only the agents an admin has granted them are even visible.
Every on-demand run is forced draft-only in code: the agent writes a brief to the review queue instead of posting to a live channel.
These are our agents, built for Globussoft's own desks and made runnable to the staff we grant them to. They are not configurable per company today.
It reads your files — and keeps every member apart.
Your data is the whole point — so it stays yours. Every member's world is isolated, the agents are walled off from the raw files, and a scrubber blocks any publish that still holds a secret.
The identity comes from your signed session cookie, never from the request. Every search, every read and every file path carries your email — the model can supply a query, never a person.
The fleet works from scrubbed notes as an unprivileged user, never the raw files. A secret sweep hard-fails the publish rather than shipping a leak.
Your OAuth refresh tokens are Fernet-encrypted in the database. Document text is not — see the note below, because we are not going to let you assume it.
Nothing reaches a customer on its own. The one agent that changes a mailbox moves wrongly spam-filtered customer mail back to the inbox — and nothing else.
Answering from your own connected Drive and mail — and naming the file it came from.
An illustration of the answer shape, not a screenshot of a customer's data.
What we do not claim
- No SOC 2, ISO 27001 or HIPAA certification, and no DPA or sub-processor list yet.
- No SSO, SAML or SCIM. Sign-in is a 6-digit code to your work email, no password.
- Document text and database contents are stored unencrypted on the server's disk. Only OAuth tokens and the backups are encrypted.
- One VM in one region, no replica and no data-residency choice.
- Your content is sent to Anthropic as prompt data; to DeepSeek if our Claude path is unavailable and a turn falls back; and to ElevenLabs if you use voice in the individual product.
- No customer-visible audit log, and no self-serve export or erasure workflow.
How we run it on ourselves.
Globussoft builds Globus on itself — these are our own desks, not a customer's, and the numbers below are ours.
Six email agents cover twelve of our shared support mailboxes between them — eleven desks each, twelve for the one that drafts replies: one labels, one reasons over whatever the labeller left unfiled, one drafts customer replies, one drafts follow-ups on threads that went quiet, one learns from what the human actually changed before sending, and one moves wrongly spam-filtered customers back into the inbox.
Lifetime on our own boxes: more than 3,300 customer replies drafted for a human to send, and more than 3,400 messages rescued out of spam. None of those six agents has a send path at all — every reply stays a draft until a person presses send.

Bring Globus to your whole company.
We have no corporate price list, and we are not going to invent one for a web page. What a rollout costs depends on how many people, which systems you connect and how much history you want ingested — so we quote it on a call.

Before you ask
- There is no self-serve corporate checkout and no per-seat billing in the product — a rollout is set up by hand.
- There is no seat removal in the admin console today: anyone on a verified company domain who signs in once stays enrolled until we remove them on the server.
Yours to run. Yours to audit.
The Globus stack is public under AGPL-3.0 — the server code, the agent scripts, the database schema, a Dockerfile and a compose file, and an install guide. Self-host it, read every line, or let us host it for you. We have not run a certification pass on a fresh install and there is no supported on-prem edition, so treat it as source you run yourself.
