Put your company on Globus.
Tell us your company and your work domain. We switch it on, and from that moment every employee on that domain signs themselves in with a six-digit code — no invites to send, no passwords to manage, no seats to assign one by one.
There is no instant self-serve signup, and we would rather say so than put a button here that quietly files a ticket. A person at our end checks that you control the domain before turning it on, because registering a domain is what lets anyone with an address at it walk in.
How onboarding works
Three steps, and only one of them is yours.
Tell us your domain
The form below. Your company name, the domain your staff use for email, and who we should talk to. Two minutes.
We verify and switch it on
We confirm you control the domain, then register your workspace against it. This is a human step on purpose — see the note below.
Everyone signs themselves in
Staff go to the portal, enter their work email, and get a six-digit code. Anyone on your domain is recognised automatically. You do not send invitations.
Why the middle step is a person, not a button
Registering a domain is what makes self-enrollment work: after it, any address at that domain can sign in and reach the workspace. If we let a form do that unattended, someone could claim a company they do not work at and open the door to it. So a human checks first. It is the slowest part of setup and we are not automating it away.
Once you are on
Each person connects their own data.
Globus is not a company-wide crawl of everything. Each employee signs in and links their own Google account, and what they link is what their assistant can read.
Their account, their scope
An employee connects their own Drive and Gmail through Google's consent screen. Their assistant answers from what they connected, and every search is filtered to them. Nobody reads a colleague's documents through Globus.
A company knowledge base
There is a shared space every member's search also looks in, for the handbooks, rate cards and policies everyone should be answering from. It starts empty and is only as useful as what you put in it.
Agents are granted, not assumed
Scheduled agents are off for a new person until an admin grants them, one agent at a time. An employee sees nothing they have not been given.
Agents draft. People send.
Nothing an agent produces reaches a customer on its own. It writes a draft into the mailbox and a human reviews and sends it.

Register your company.
We will come back to you within one working day to confirm the domain and walk through setup. If you would rather talk first, the contact page is the same team.
Team size only helps us quote — nothing on this form charges you, and nothing is switched on until we have spoken.
